Sleep
Sleep, without the nightly negotiation with your own mind.
Not another app, another supplement, or another article about sleep hygiene. This is about why your mind won't switch off in the first place - and helping it learn to, again.
Sound familiar?
What "not sleeping properly" actually sounds like.
“I'm shattered by nine, then wide awake the second my head hits the pillow.”
“I wake at 3am and my brain starts a meeting nobody scheduled.”
“I've tried the apps, the teas, the blackout blind. Nothing sticks.”
“I'm tired all day and then, infuriatingly, wired all night.”
What we're actually working with
Sleep is rarely the problem. It's usually the symptom.
We won't spend weeks working out why you first became a bad sleeper. We'll work out what your mind needs in order to stand down at 11pm, and build that, a forward-looking, practical process, not an excavation.
They aren't struggling to sleep because of the mattress, the room, or the time they go to bed. They're struggling because their mind hasn't been given a reason to stand down the racing thoughts, the low hum of stress, the habit of problem-solving at exactly the moment it should be resting.
Hypnotherapy works with that pattern directly: helping your mind and body learn, again, what it feels like to properly wind down. NLP-informed coaching sits alongside it, looking honestly at what's feeding the wakefulness during the day, so the change isn't undone by nine the next morning.
Worth knowing: if you have a diagnosed sleep disorder, or think you might, please also speak to your GP. This is an educational, complementary service that supports the mind-and-stress side of sleep; it isn't medical or psychological treatment and doesn't diagnose or replace medical care.
Is this the right fit?
