Transforming Thoughts

For EXECUTIVES and leaders

Presence, without the performance.

You've built a career on being the composed one in the room. This is for the version of that composure that isn't costing you your evenings, your sleep, or the quiet conversations you have with yourself in the car park beforehand.

Think of it as an MOT for the mind, not psychotherapy. You wouldn't think twice about hiring a trainer to optimise how your body performs under load. This is the same logic applied to how your mind performs under pressure, structured, results-focused, and entirely confidential.

Discretion, by design

This is built to be private, because it has to be.

“Nobody at work can know I need help with something like this.”
TowardEntirely online, entirely confidential - scheduled around your diary, not the other way round.
“I make decisions all day. By the time I'm home, I've got nothing left.”
TowardA mind that gets to properly switch off - so the next day starts from something other than empty.
“I still feel like I'm about to be found out, and I'm supposedly the one in charge.”
TowardA settled, earned sense of your own competence - not a performance of it.

Why clients choose this route

You're not looking for a therapeutic journey. You're looking for something that works, quietly, and doesn't slow you down to get there.

Everything is conducted online, one to one. There's no waiting room, no reception, nothing that requires explaining to anyone why you were somewhere for an hour. Calls are arranged directly around your schedule, including around travel and time zones where needed.

The work itself combines hypnotherapy with NLP-informed coaching - addressing both the automatic, in-the-moment response (the racing mind at 2am before a board meeting, the tightening in your chest walking into a room you should own) and the practical, situational side of leadership pressure. It is built entirely around what you're carrying, not a generic "executive wellbeing" template.

Confidentiality is fundamental to how this practice operates. What's discussed in our conversations stays between us, in line with the professional and data-protection standards this practice is held to, details are set out in the Client Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Before any of this, I spent twenty years in international hospitality leadership, the last stretch of it as CEO. I know what it is to be the person every unresolved problem eventually lands on - and what that does to your sleep, your evenings, and the version of you that only your closest people ever see. Somewhere in those years I also taught myself SQL and computer programming, the same structured, systems-first thinking I bring to untangling what's actually driving the pressure you're carrying, rather than just its symptoms.

Away from work, I trained as a helicopter pilot, raced GT cars for a while, and still spend time indoor skydiving and playing golf. It was never only about the activity, although I did take real pleasure and enjoyment from my time doing it, it was also about being somewhere that demanded full immersion, where nothing about work could follow me in. That's a discipline in itself, and it's close to what I actually help clients rebuild: not just stopping work, but genuinely switching off. It was also about being "in the zone", focused, calm, clear-minded, a state I learned to bring back into every other part of my life.

Much of my life has crossed borders too. I've travelled, lived and worked in a number of different countries, and separately, learned several languages over the years. A lot of the leaders I work with are themselves navigating a UK career while carrying another culture, another first language, another set of unspoken rules with them, that's not something I'm guessing at from the outside.

Common ground with clients at this level

What tends to bring senior leaders to this work.

01

Sleep that doesn't recover

A mind that won't come off duty, even hours after the last message was sent.

02

High-stakes rooms

Boards, investors, all-hands - moments where the gap between competence and composure gets expensive.

03

Decision fatigue

The accumulated weight of being the one who decides, all day, every day.

04

Imposter feelings, at altitude

The sense that the more senior you get, the less permission you feel to say you're struggling.
